Eni sells a 20% stake in the North Sea Sinai concession to Mubadala Petroleum Company.

Imtiaz Noor is located in the East Nile Delta Basin, about 50 km from the sea in the eastern Mediterranean, at a depth of 50 to 400 meters, covering a total area of ​​739 square kilometers.

Eni and Thruh Petroleum are currently drilling the exploration well as expected in the first exploration phase of the Noor concession.

“This investment allows Mubadala to further expand our presence in Egypt, while deepening our strategic partnership with Eni, the operator of both Shorouq and Nour,” said Musabah Al Kaabi, Chairman of Mubadala Petroleum Company.
